As a Settlement specialist you will support daily payments activities and assisting the Cash Management team with customer inquiries and contracts administration.
In this role you will
• Monitor and manage daily payment activities according to processes
• Execute daily and monthly settlements
• Participate in AML/KYC processes
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams
• Administrate customer contracts and other related documentation
• Perform reporting tasks related with payment services area
• Participate in cash management projects including service enhancements
You have
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial sector
• Good understanding of AML and KYC topics
• Understanding of SWIFT platform and European and global clearing and settlement systems as advantage
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing transactions and preparing documentation
• Ability to prioritize and effectively resolve incidents related with payments
• Ability to actively learn and contribute
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills both written and spoken.
