Electrical Site Manager/Supervisor

Siemens is looking for an

ELECTRICAL SITE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
to work on customer projects and fault investigations at various construction sites, primarily in Estonia and occasionally in Finland, other Nordic countries and the Baltics. Your focus will be on coordinating the installation and commissioning activities of Siemens' electrical and maintenance projects at customer sites, as well as serving as the contact person for the construction site. The main office is located in Tallinn, but your workplace can be your "home office" anywhere in Estonia.
The open position is in the Electrification & Automation unit where we implement transmission and distribution network solutions and industrial electrification system deliveries for our customers. We provide the necessary specialized training for the systems and components related to these tasks.

Main responsibilities
• Responsibility for the construction site's safety, progress of work, and smooth operation
• Ensuring the organization of work, workforce resourcing, compliance with legal obligations, documentation, reporting, and monitoring
• Inspection, supervision, maintenance, and commissioning of low and medium voltage (0.4-36 kV) components and systems
• Participating in maintenance and support services
• Active communication with project managers and designers, ensuring that things progress appropriately at the construction site
• During the tender phase, participation in project pricing, and afterwards in procurement for your own subunit


About you
• Relevant education and experience in electrical power engineering
• Work experience in maintenance and commissioning related to low and medium voltage switchgear
• A-level electrical competence certificate or readiness for A-level certification
• IT skills (Office) for customer reporting
• Fluent in English and Estonian (both languages are mandatory)
• Ability for customer-oriented service: collaboration skills, innovation, and stress management
• Willingness to travel and the ability to work independently and persistently
