Country Director assumes responsibility and is accountable for all operations, performance, and profitability by overseeing sales, service and parts, financing, and administration.  Duties of Country Director include, but are not limited to, planning, motivating, and coordinating the company management and staff through leadership and solid business practices.

Job Duties:
  • Set short and long-term plans and objectives to add growth to the business to ensure its long-term profitability.
  • Plan, direct and organize daily operation of the company in the most effective manner.
  • Lead sales and service departments to achieve affirmed targets and standards for financial performance, quality and compliance.
  • Be responsible for profits and losses and budgeting process. Ensure effective budget management and efficient use of resources.
  • Directly, and through the team, pro-actively articulate and deliver value added solutions to the customers, follow up on customers’ requests.
  • Build positive employee attitudes and morale, participate in hiring for management positions, complete performance evaluations regularly and develop short and long-term goals for departments’ managers.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in economics, business or technical field, preferably a master’s degree
  • Experience in leading a small to medium size business unit with P&L responsibility and solid sales experience
  • Experience with heavy machinery production, sales, or service in the areas of construction, forestry, or agriculture, or with heavy-duty vehicles
  • Dynamic team player with strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Sales-driven mindset, focus on customers and sales
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barrier
  • Very good command of both Estonian and English (oral and written)
