Your Mission

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of SSU (Sterile Single Use) Endoscopes project management team
  • Collaboration with Global Sales & Marketing to create and execute roadmap in arena of sterile single use endoscopes and ensures system compatibility along value chain
  • Responsible to achieve project goals in time, budget and quality that were agreed on with project sponsors
  • Close collaboration with project staff from development, product management, production, regulatory affairs and other disciplines
  • Collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders

Your Talent

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, master is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing disciplinary teams
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing interdisciplinary development projects in agile setup
  • Experience in medical technology and regulations desirable (eg, FDA, ISO 13485, MDR, 10079 would be a plus)
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams e.g gaining commitment, accountability and feedback
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel up to 20 %
  • Very good English written and oral language skills
  • Excellent communication and management skills with different stakeholders
