Global Lead International Recruitment (all genders) - Remote
For our client, one of the worldwide leading companies in the development and manufacturing of vibration engineering and lightweight construction components for the automotive industry, we are looking for a "Global Lead International Recruitment" (all genders).
In this key position, you are responsible for the development and implementation of a global talent acquisition strategy that ensures the sustainable success of the company through the recruitment of highly qualified professionals. You also take on the operational global responsibility for recruiting the TOP200 positions for our client. You will design and lead innovative recruiting processes tailored to the needs of a growing and globally-oriented organization, while working closely with executives and regional HR teams to ensure that the right talent is available at the right time and place, while simultaneously strengthening the employer brand worldwide.
Location: Mobile work with international travel

YOUR ROLE:
- Development of a global recruiting strategy
- Leadership of the global recruiting team
- Building a talent pool through proactive outreach to high-potential candidates and hard-to-find experts, particularly for key roles and markets
- Owning the hiring process, including the optimization and standardization, as well as the implementation of a HRIS module
- Implementation of new recruiting tools, such as AI-supported recruiting
- Close collaboration with executives and departments such as Training & Development to anticipate recruiting needs and effectively implement strategic workforce planning
- Development and monitoring of KPIs and other metrics to measure the success of the global talent acquisition strategy; regular reporting to top management
- Enhance Employer Branding through strategic positioning of the company as an employer of choice through close collaboration with the communications department
YOUR CREDENTIALS:
- Successfully completed studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in international recruiting or talent acquisition in an industrial company or a recruitment consultancy
- Proven success in the development and implementation of global recruiting strategies
- Experience in leading and motivating international project teams
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, combined with the ability to develop and implement innovative recruiting solutions
- Excellent knowledge of modern recruiting tools, technologies, and trends, especially AI tools and active sourcing
- High intercultural competence as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English skills; Mandarin language skills are preferred (large production site in China)
- Willingness for international travel (40-50%)
