LATVIAN COUNTRY MANAGER
to represent SK ID Solutions in the Latvian market. In this role, you will act as the face of SK ID Solutions, engaging with regulatory authorities, key clients, media, and other stakeholders. You will serve as the spokesperson for our e-identity solutions and the expert of the Latvian market, identifying and analyzing business development opportunities.

We are seeking a
LATVIAN COUNTRY MANAGER
to represent SK ID Solutions in the Latvian market. In this role, you will act as the face of SK ID Solutions, engaging with regulatory authorities, key clients, media, and other stakeholders. You will serve as the spokesperson for our e-identity solutions and the expert of the Latvian market, identifying and analyzing business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory and Supervisory Compliance. Act as the main contact for regulators, ensuring SK complies with Latvian laws and represents the company's interests. Monitor regulatory updates and adjust SK’s strategies as needed.
- PR and brand visibility. Enhance SK’s visibility in Latvia through media engagements, partnerships, and representation at local events and forums. Foster relationships with local media partners and deliver impactful messaging.
- Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis. Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to inform business strategies and marketing plans.
- Office and Latvian Team Well-being. Ensure the local office operates efficiently, managing contracts, resources, and workspace arrangements. Support employee well-being by fostering a positive work environment and addressing team needs.
- New Business Validation. Validation of new business opportunities and value propositions in alignment with SK’s strategic goals.
- Support customer relations (CR) and sales teams in business development efforts, including participating in high-stakes meetings as needed.
- Relationship Management. Cultivate and maintain relationships with predefined key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies. Represent SK in discussions with strategic accounts and local partners to foster business growth.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Business Development Specialist, Key Account Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, Partner Manager, Program Manager, Marketing Strategist or similar.
- Experience of working in a highly regulated business sector.
- Ability to identify market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Business acumen to validate new opportunities and value propositions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Latvian and English
- Ability to collaborate with customer relations and sales teams.
- Creativity in enhancing market presence through local initiatives.
- Leadership skills.
- Monthly salary up to 4400 euros gross.
- Performance-based pay of up to two monthly salaries.
- Annual holidays up to 32 calendar days. Additionally, 1 extra calendar day for each year in SK.
