Sales Manager

We are seeking a
SALES MANAGER
with a strong ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions. In this role, you will develop strategic client relationships, engage in negotiations with C-level executives, and drive business growth. You will be part of an English-speaking team, collaborating also across functions to achieve results. There is no team leadership responsibility. While your primary focus will be the Baltic States, your scope will also extend to other European markets.
Responsibilities
• Building and nurturing client relationships through a consultative sales approach, becoming a trusted partner
• Identifying customer needs and propose tailored B2B solutions
• Managing the existing client pipeline and identifying opportunities to expand it in both the Baltic and broader European markets
• Leading negotiations and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
• Analyzing sales data to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to refine sales strategies
Your skills
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, preferably in the IT/tech sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong capability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
• Ability to generate leads, manage inbound and outbound sales, and conduct cold outreach
• Understanding and effectively conveying the features and benefits of products or services
• Experience analyzing sales data and KPIs to drive performance
• A proactive, flexible, and results-oriented mindset
• Confidence in making independent decisions while being a team player
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Bonus: proficiency in using leading CRMs, Pipedrive experience preferable
