OPEX Continuous Improvement (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  •  OPEX Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives to identify and implement improvements in operational processes, with a focus on cost reduction, efficiency gains, and sustainability in OPEX and CAPEX projects.
  • Lean & Six Sigma Expertise: Apply advanced LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to establish best practices, optimize workflows, and embed continuous improvement across the Global Engineering organization.
  • Program Oversight: Manage, track, and report on improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the Global Operational Excellence and Program Office.
  • Deliver regular updates on Time, Cost, and Quality’ metrics to leadership.
  •  Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with teams across Global Engineering, including SMEs, project teams, and other key stakeholders, to drive alignment, foster engagement, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor team performance, set measurable objectives, and drive initiatives to maintain high morale, recognize contributions, and address improvement opportunities.
  • Process Standardization: Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and guidance documents to promote consistency and efficiency within the Global Engineering organization.

Ihr Profil:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a post graduate role with similar complexity
  • Proven expertise in OPEX, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies, with Black Belt certification
  • Demonstrated success in leading global initiatives and delivering measurable results in
  • operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience collaborating across a matrixed organization and engaging senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with program management tools; fluency in English is mandatory (German is advantageous).
  • Travel & On-Site Presence: The role requires approximately 70–80% presence in Visp, 10% in Basel, and occasional travel to other global locations for team alignment and project support.
