Business Analyst/Master Data Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting activities related to systems managed within the key user scope (ECC, IBP, APO, MDG, etc.).
  • Create and update training documentation, procedures, and step-by-step guides.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for employees, new hires, apprentices, and student workers.
  • Issue training evidence certificates for SAP role requests.
  • Generate SAST/GRC requests for users.
  • Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system implementation and maintenance.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business units and project teams during system implementations.
  • Support internal stakeholders and new vendors during the Ariba SCC onboarding process, including training and testing.
  • Drive improved utilization of Master Data Governance (MDG) in regional operations, focusing on knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing.
  • Act as the Material Master MDG Data Steward for SM&O External Operations Lab Offices.
  • Lead global/regional digital IT improvement projects.
  • Manage projects related to supply chain system implementations.
  • Serve as a key user for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Planning modules.

Your profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or IT Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain IT Management, particularly in key functions.
  • Project Management: At least 5 years of project management experience within a multinational organization, preferably involving the implementation of supply chain-related IT systems.
  • ERP Systems Proficiency: Extensive experience with ERP systems such as SAP/ECC, IBP, APO; familiarity with Serialization Systems and Master Data Systems like MDG; and collaborative platforms such as Ariba SCC.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of current trends in pharmaceutical markets, particularly related to patient trends that inform supply chain strategy and technology/IT solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and quality systems.
