Popis Pracovní Pozice
As a valued member of our team, you will join an international community of technology enthusiasts dedicated to collaborative projects across various disciplines within our organization.Your role involves:
- Taking charge of establishing and enhancing security measures in product development by providing solution architectures, processes, methodologies, tools, and offering consulting and training to development teams.
- Assisting development teams in adhering to security policies and incorporating security requirements into their software architectures.
- Ensuring that Security by Design principles are integrated into our processes and that both external and internal requirements are met.
- Enhancing vulnerability and incident management for our products, while supporting our company-wide Product Security Incident Response Team.
- Assisting in regular testing and review of our products, tools, and processes to attain necessary certifications.
- Translating the data protection and information security governance requirements from the Group CISO into practical standards for implementation within development teams.
- Gathering secure product and operation requirements and introducing them to development teams and external partners.

What qualities and skills do you bring to our organization?
- You hold a technical or scientific degree.
- You possess relevant professional experience in cyber security and/or software development.
- You have the necessary expertise to enhance security management processes and identify potential risks.
- You are proficient in utilizing structured approaches or standards such as the NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, and IEC 62443.
- Your proactive mindset enables you to not only define abstract specifications but also analyze security issues hands-on.
- Alongside your strong teamwork skills, you exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, effective communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and/or English.
