Project Manager

A leading global provider in electrical and electronic safety components, traction power systems, and innovative solutions for railways, renewable energy, and industrial applications is actively seeking a Project Manager with broad overview in various IT areas. This role aims to lead the optimization of processes and enhance efficiency across the organization's worldwide manufacturing operations.

We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with the following qualifications:

• Strong enthusiasm for identifying, evaluating, and harnessing the benefits of not only IT solutions for various business processes and projects.
• Proficient project management skills to ensure effective coordination among process owners, internal teams, and external specialists, facilitating the smooth implementation of new solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of core business processes within organizations.
• Sound knowledge of various IT technologies, including databases and tools.
• Awareness of the requirements for process reengineering and change management within organizations.

Main Responsibilities: The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of various projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the entire organization.In close cooperation with the COO, management, and process owners, the responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business needs for solutions and tools in collaboration with the COO and process owners.
• Defining requirements and specifications for new tools with input from process owners and stakeholders.
• Evaluating alternative solutions, considering their impact on business, cost, and speed.
• Prioritizing various projects based on business needs, impact, implementation effort, and available resources.
• Planning and staffing projects in collaboration with functional departments and external partners.
• Acting as the accountable project manager, driving the efficient and solution-oriented implementation of projects, including monitoring progress, anticipating issues, identifying gaps, and defining corrective actions.
• Ensuring projects are completed with high-quality outcomes within the established time and budget.

What We Require:

• Ideally, 2-4 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in an industrial setting and with focus on IT.
• Relevant experience in implementing business process analyses, change implementations, and integrations in a multi-site international organization.
• Very good overall knowledge and understanding of business processes and IT area.
• Fluency in English and Czech languages.
