Join their dynamic team in Prague where they revolutionize manufacturing processes with cutting-edge lean management principles, modern production methodologies, and sophisticated IT tools.Your main qorking responsibilities:
- As a Production Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing strategic improvement initiatives across a vast manufacturing network, including machining, welding, composites, electrical equipment, and electronics.
- Collaborating closely with management and specialists worldwide, you will spearhead projects that enhance efficiency, reduce throughput time, and elevate product quality to unprecedented levels.
- Partner with production management to meticulously analyze processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and prioritize improvement initiatives. Craft action plans that optimize processes and pave the way for digitalization.
- Lead a team of specialists, including methods engineers, and drive the successful implementation of these transformative projects. Foster strong relationships with foremen, department managers, methods/process engineers, purchasing, logistics, and engineering to ensure seamless execution.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive technical expertise in manufacturing processes and technologies
- Proven experience in driving process improvement initiatives in manufacturing settings
- Mastery of Lean methodology and Six Sigma principles
- Proficient in ERP systems
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and initiative
- Ability to work onsite in Praha - Vychod area with some home office option
- Fluency in both Czech and English languages
