Our client, medium sized European company focused on innovations and R&D in pharma area, is now searching for the new leader for Czech Republic who has the capabilities and leadership skills to leverage and fully explore this new potential to secure Czech organization dynamic and sustainable growth for next years to come.The role is ideal for a candidate, who is on current position as BU Head or Marketing Director or Sales Director with career ambition to move to Country Manager position for broader responsibility and more senior leadership. The role has a high level of exposure across the company up to global senior management level.

Popis Pracovní Pozice

  • Country Manager responsibility for the commercial unit in the Czech Republic.
  • Management of unit’s commercial organization in the Czech Republic ensuring that the company objectives are met in line with global and regional strategy.
  • Responsible for setting and achieving goals that support the company's strategy and overall performance objectives in the Czech Republic.
  • Responsible for delivery of agreed Net Sales, SM cost and EBIT targets per year in the Czech Republic.
  • Responsible for driving growth and securing sustained profitability (and for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities) in the Czech Republic.

Požadujeme

  • A university education in medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary or related natural sciences is highly preferred.
  • Post-graduate business education in healthcare (e.g. PhD, MBA) is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 10, preferably 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in R&D and corporate environments is essential.
  • A professional track record is a must-have, including ideally these experiences:
  • 2 years of field execution (SR, KAS, KAM)
  • Sales manager for disease/product or national/territory SF line
  • Product management for innovative brands
  • Involved in Market Access strategies and stakeholders’ management in current Head/Director position
  • Possessing capabilities that combine operational and execution skills with business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in English and a native level of Czech.
  • Driver's licence B.
