System Analyst

We are looking for a System Analyst for the company that breathes life into the finest beer quality through its team, collaborators, and top-tier beer labels worldwide, placing emphasis on the selection of premium brands while honoring tradition and setting its sights on the future.

A System Analyst plays a crucial role within the team, responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining demand and supply applications used by teams across various markets where the company operates its brewery operations in Europe. This position requires active involvement in supporting and maintaining applications for demand and supply planning, as well as other related systems.In this role, you'll:

• Analyze system performance, incidents, and user-reported defects, addressing basic to moderately complex issues using fundamental debugging techniques and tools.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of all planning systems, with specialized knowledge in specific services, including their interactions and data flows between systems. Offer guidance to users regarding system setup and effectively resolve their issues.
• Support the maintenance of source code version control, utilizing SVN and/or Git technologies.
• Take part in unit testing of functionalities developed by the team.
• Develop functional and technical documentation for planning tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, facilitating communication between users and developers.

Qualification Requirements:

• A university degree (preferably in computer science, mathematics, or engineering) or experience in SW development (either through previous employment or demonstrated through personal projects)
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming and technologies such as C#, VBA, with familiarity in .NET being advantageous
• Experience working with databases, particularly MS SQL Server
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level (B2-C1), with knowledge of Czech considered a plus
