C# Software Developer - Pilsen

We are looking for a C# Software Developer located in Pilsen for the company that breathes life into the finest beer quality through its team, collaborators, and top-tier beer labels worldwide, placing emphasis on the selection of premium brands while honoring tradition and setting its sights on the future.

The Software Developer is an integral part of the team responsible for analyzing, designing, constructing, and upkeeping demand and supply applications utilized by planning teams across various markets where the company operates brewery operations in Europe. As a Software Developer, you'll be actively involved in the development and upkeep of planning applications for demand and supply planning.In this role, you'll:

• Analyze system performance, incidents, and user-reported defects, particularly in scenarios of basic to medium complexity, utilizing fundamental debugging techniques and tools.
• Develop applications using technologies like C#,.NET, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server, following guidance provided by the team leader or Senior Software Developer.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of all planning systems, with specialized knowledge in specific services, including their interactions and data flows between systems. You'll offer guidance to users regarding system setup and effectively address any issues they encounter.
• Implement agreed-upon data structures and algorithms to deliver appropriate solutions in planning applications, and provide recommendations for application elements of basic and medium complexity.
• Assist in maintaining source code version control using SVN and/or Git technologies.
• Take part in unit testing of functionalities developed by the Planning Systems team.
• Create functional and technical documentation for planning tools.

Qualification Requirements:

• A university degree (ideally in computer science, mathematics, or engineering) or experience in software development (either through previous job roles or showcased through personal projects)
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming and technologies such as C#, VBA, and .NET
• Familiarity with databases, particularly MS SQL Server
• English proficiency at a communicative level (B1-B2), with Czech language skills being advantageous
