Purpose of the role:

Leverage quantitative analysis, mathematical modeling, and technology to optimize trading and investment opportunities, providing expertise to support trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making within the investment banking domain.

What you'll do:

As part of the QA Markets Strategic Projects team, you'll collaborate with a talented group of quantitative developers to expand Omega's capabilities across all Fixed Income asset classes.
You'll leverage your advanced C++ skills and strong understanding of analytics and numerical methods to enhance the library's performance and deliver valuable insights.
You'll apply your knowledge of financial mathematics and modeling to optimize trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making.
You'll mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the quant team.

What you'll bring:

Essential: Expertise in C++ and strong analytical and numerical skills.
Desirable: Knowledge of financial mathematics, modeling, and Python.

Beyond technical skills:

This senior role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. You'll be expected to:

Proactively manage and mitigate risks.
