We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Veeam Engineer to join our Platform team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in implementing and optimizing our Veeam backup infrastructure, ensuring it delivers exceptional performance, reliability, and integration with our IT ecosystem. - Drive continuous improvement in our services and practices.
- Implement and manage backup infrastructures for optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Veeam-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to seamlessly integrate backup solutions into existing systems.
- Document configurations and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and security.
- Regularly assess backup environments, support disaster recovery, and keep up-to-date with new backup technologies.
Požadujeme
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Extensive 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 (Backup and Recovery, Cloud Connect, M365, SureBackup) and other backup solutions (e.g., Spectrum Protect, S3).
- Strong expertise in Windows and Linux Server OS, VMware, and Service Provider environments.
- Preferably VMCE certified; strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- 5+ years in 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 design and management, with advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 for effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
