Senior Electronic Engineer (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support to project preparation (i.e. Request for Quotation, Order Description, Material Orders)
• Lead the design and development of electronic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis, simulation, and testing of electronic components and systems to verify performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development and prototyping to production and deployment.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in electronics to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of electronic systems..
• Good communication skills in English, German and/or French advantageous
• Good at time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
