Coopers operates out of the HQ in Hergiswil and operates branches in Bern, Gland and in Basel. The team has been expanding over the last decade and persues the mission to care for each other, to care for people and to care about the world we live in.

We offer high quality head hunting! Filling an executive job vacancy requires experience and a unique approach in interacting with these distinguished candidates. We are specialised on the academic market and we know how to attract promising candidates for our clients. We focus on individualism during the recruitment process, as we know our clients and their needs very well.
Even after successful recruitment, we continue to take care of our candidates. While the employees adapt to the new environment we can offer our coaching service. The new employee can be support-ed for the first 100 days with a coaching program carried out by one of our external consultants.

Christian Biedermann
Christian is responsible for the recruitment of specialists all over Switzerland. Prior to joining Coopers Group, Christian worked with a leading global HR service provider for more than seven years. Christian holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
As Area Head of the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Branch Director he successfully established and developed the ‘Information Technology’ business sector.
Denise Stuker
Denise Stuker, Professional Bachelor of Business Administration (eidg. Dipl. Betriebswirtschafterin HF) is Business Manager at Coopers Group AG. She is responsible for the recruitment of specialists all over Switzerland. Previously Denise worked as a recruitment consultant with a leading global HR service provider.
Denise recruited temporary and permanent positions in the Information Technology and Engineering sectors. Additionally she had the opportunity to carry out a Recruitment Process Outsourcing project with a large international company and completed a temporary assignment in the U.S. to exchange ‘best practices’.
Jan-Philipp Schwarz
Jan-Philipp Schwarz, Business Manager in Basel, is responsible for filling temporary positions, supports our clients in finding a job and advises them on internal recruitment processes, especially in executive positions.
Jan-Philipp completed a dual degree in business administration and service management before starting his career with one of the largest recruiters. There he successfully expanded the areas of IT, healthcare and engineering.
Alessia Biassoli
Alessia Biassoli - Master in Training and Development of HR is Senior MSP Consultant at Coopers Group AG and supports the consulting team in recruiting specialists and managers. Previously, Alessia worked as an intern in IT recruitment and in the IT training team at a large pharmaceutical company in Basel.
Sandro Pezzutto
Sandro Pezzutto, Business Manager IT & Public at Coopers Group AG, is jointly responsible for the search, placement and support of IT specialists throughout Switzerland and supports the consulting team. He is also responsible for parts of the administration.
Prior to joining Coopers Group, Sandro completed basic commercial training and then worked for one of the world's largest financial service providers for over 10 years.
Bettina von Steiger
Bettina von Steiger is Business Manager at Coopers. She is responsible for the recruitment of IT Specialists for in the Bern area. Before joining Coopers Group AG, Bettina worked as a strategic purchasing manager in the IT environment for 15 years and was responsible for the procurement of external resources at Swisscom. Bettina was also able to gain experience as a sales manager and as a key account manager in various IT and telecommunication companies.
