We are developing real estate all across Western and Southern Europe from buying the ground to delivering turn key finished projects. The back office is responsible for the research part of these projects regarding things like permits, environmental studies, etc.. So if you have a background in supporting Real estate development processes and know what it takes to develop a piece of land into a flourishing property. you might be the one we're looking for!

  • Supporting all Backoffice work.
  • Assist the network development team and sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing network qualification documentation.
  • Desk research for the sales and acquisitions projects.
  • Together with the Backoffice manager, you will prepare reports on sales and network buildout progress. Act as the key contact person for the Board Secretary, PMO, and Finance departments, regarding the status of ongoing projects and tasks.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Backoffice operations or related administrative and/or supporting roles at real estate/property development companies.
  • High proficiency in document management systems and related tools.
  • Good research skills and experience conducting research.
  • Experience with sales and/or network development processes is a big plus.
  • Excellent English.

A fulltime hybrid position, working from the Amsterdam or Arnhem office a couple of days per week. The salary package includes a base salary level (all in) oriented towards 55.000 EUR; on target annual incentive is 20% - with a maximum of 40%. Furthermore you will be enjoying a comprehensive pension plan and unlimited vacation days are included into the package.
