This location in Utrecht conducts high quality research to bring health through food to as many people as possible. Research output (publications) is published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and presented at international conferences.

The governance coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing governance projects regarding the entire publication process (forecasting-reviewing-database-reporting).Key Responsibilities: • Management, maintenance and updating of current publication systems and processes (forecasting, review, and database) o Maintenance of the current publication systems: back-end system upgrades (with agency), as well as tracking of and reporting on current processes o Updates to the current publication systems to ensure continued user friendliness and compliance o Providing training and updating training materials for current publication systems and processes o Managing third-party suppliers

• Coordinate Publication Process and System update project (forecasting, review, and database) o Coordination of publication ‘process and system update project’ (current processes and system are only suited to part of the organization, update is needed to ensure one aligned way of working) o Collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency to create and present options for new ways of working (processes and updates to the systems), as well as work closely with agency to incorporate changes into current systems o Rolling out new ways of working: Create instruction materials, create, and organize training, be the go-to person for questions o Managing third-party suppliers

• Publication Forecasting & Reporting o Regularly tracking publication statuses for forecasting and reporting purposes (up-to-date systems are key for this)

• Supporting publication meetings

• This is a temporary position for 6 months, however there is a possibility for extension and you will be on an external contract;
• The salary is based on experience and education but is approximately €3500,- gross per month based on full-time;
• 30 annual leave days.
