You are a Product Owner/Manager radiating energy and a positive thinker and you easily engage others in various ways. You are part of the Information Technology team, leading a team of engineers to build together a modern self-service integration platform. This platform aims to facilitate the integration of all data solutions. Designing and driving this platform and its adoption is the core of your task.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Productizing the integration platform and promoting its use;
• Managing the engineering team implementing the integration platform;
• Ensuring the integration platform is continuously improved and the right KPIs are set, measured, and met;
• Owning the product backlog and writing user stories, including acceptance criteria;
• Prioritizing the engineering work based on organizational needs and your product vision. While also ensuring that the platform is maintainable, scalable, and reliable;
• Performing acceptance tests and executing releases for the integration platform.

• BSc/MSc in a relevant domain;
• 5+ years Product Owner/Manager experience in developing technologically complex products and services;
• Experience with integrations at scale and have worked in cloud-native environments;
• Experience with leading engineering teams;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions;
• Affinity with the mobility, sustainability, transport and/or energy industry is a pre;
• Full working proficiency in English.

A fulltime hybrid position, working from the Amsterdam or Arnhem office a couple of days per week. The salary package includes a base salary level (all in) oriented towards 70.000 EUR; on target annual incentive is 20% - with a maximum of 40%. Furthermore you will be enjoying a comprehensive pension plan and unlimited vacation days are included into the package.
