Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering accurate payroll tasks in compliance with regulations
  • Monthly and year-end closing of assigned Company Codes
  • Actioning payroll runs in selected months
  • Handling inquiries from employees, internal stakeholders, and authorities
  • Support in annual processes like bonus and salary reviews
  • Assist in internal, external, and statutory audits
  • Drive continuous improvement projects
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Operations/Functions/HRBPs teams

Your Background:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Swiss HR/Payroll
  • Proficient in Swiss payroll; tax, social security & labor law
  • Extensive experience with SAP HR including OM (Organizational Management)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Business-level proficiency in English and German
