Your Responsibilities:

• Creation of the XLS material structure together with Engineering
• Transfer material from XLS material list to SAP
• Creation of material parts lists and project parts lists (CS62/CU50)
• Creation of a change number in SAP to create changes on material lists
• Exchange with production planning to setup the project structure as required in SAP for production
• Dissolve of parts list to prepare shipment
• Creation of GWQ product profiles. Discuss the setup with production planning
• Creation of new Material
• Support import of material as well as export Control and classification of production material

Your Profile:

• Commercial background with technical know-how or technical background with further education in commercial
• Strong understanding of production process
• Good knowledge of SAP (ERP2 would be a great advantage)
• Fluent knowledge of German is very important, knowledge of English is also an advantage
• Understanding between material ordering and structure to creation of a FAUF (german: Fertigungsauftrag) in production
• Understanding of export control process and shipment process is an advantage
