Senior Research Associate (m/f/d)

Location: Basel, Switzerland
Duration: 18 months (extension possible)
Workload: 80–100%
Hybrid: Limited remote flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in vitro assays using cell lines and primary/patient-derived cells to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and safety.

• Conduct molecular biology techniques including multi-color flow cytometry, qPCR, western blotting, and ex vivo differentiation.

• Collaborate with scientists to design and execute experiments, analyze data, optimize assays, and communicate findings clearly.

 Must-Have Qualifications:

• BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or “Lehrabschluss” as a Research Associate with 3+ years of lab experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in cell culture and in vitro molecular assays (e.g., qPCR, western blot, ELISA).

• Proven experience with multi-color flow cytometry and relevant industry exposure.
