R&D Laboratory chemical & Grinding process researcher (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

  • Plan and execute the assigned R&D projects, technical support activities and other laboratory operational activities
  • Establish and adapt the working plan in coordination with R&D management and other team members
  • Up to date knowledge and awareness of the novel/up and coming technologies related to manufacture, processing, and chemistry of binder materials
  • Expert in development and implementation of processes associated to thermos chemical reactions specifically inorganic chemistry materials science
  • Manage and lead contact with internal operations, central areas, and industrial partners to scale up and industrialize the chemical processes developed at laboratory scale
  • Establish a network with key Research centers, Universities, and institutes to find new research opportunities and novel technological developments
  • Assure the best operation online tools regarding LIM’s systems which include the usage of the lab equipment, maintenance, and administration of the lab resources
  • Assessment, development and ensure application of the safety measures related to laboratory management

Your Profil:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science; master’s degree / Engineering; preferably in construction materials chemistry/cement chemistry/inorganic chemistry; manufacturing processes
  • Experiences with AI data analysis
  • English proficient
  • 5 years of experience in similar position
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Project Leadership and Technical Support
  • 30% Travel time
