We are looking for an Operations Director managing all European operations. As the company is developing and expanding its client base rapidly, your focus will be on maintaining and developing operations, leading a team of about 8 direct reports. This organization focusses on Integrated Faility Management in hotels. This role involves international travel and can be fulfilled from any of their HQ's in Europe, including The Netherlands, France and Germany.

The organization you will be working for, offers a broad variety of facility services in the international hospitality industry. You are a key partner for their most important clients focussing on all aspects, including contract & team development, expansion, financial and operational performance. You will oversee P&L responsibility over 8 countries and over 25 properties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Key stakeholdermanager for client for all facility services in the region. Manage a full P&L responsibility for Europe;
• Continuously improve the quality/cost/performance of the FM service;
• Review and negotiate contracts to ensure consistency;
• Actively manage Area Managers based out of several countries in Europe;
• Business development, expansion in region and (pre-) opening properties.

The Operations Director we are looking for is independent, an excellent communicator, and is dedicated to deliver the best service to the customer at all times. He or she is open to feedback and not afraid to give a professional opinion on areas of development in the scope of maintenance and property management.Minimum requirements to qualify for this role:

• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality/facility services;
• International experience, managing hotel/facility operations preferable from an HQ perspective;
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality/facility industry;
• Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex business documents, excellent stakeholdermanager;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Any additional foreign languages are a plus.
