Global Supply Chain and Order Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
- Process international finished goods orders and create order confirmations, ensuring timely and accurate handling
- Maintain and monitor purchase orders, including delivery confirmations, quantity and delivery date changes and follow up on delayed orders to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate between procurement and supply chain functions in Rotkreuz and other locations (e.g., Switzerland/Germany/USA/China) regarding purchase orders
- Generate virtual goods receipt and goods issue after receiving the shipping notification manually, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Create transportation service orders including processing and approving of the respective invoicing workflows
- Initiate returns as specified by the final goods recipient from the companies or intercompany supply chain. Manage and monitor the return process efficiently
- Process invoice verification workflow items in consultation with the SRM Manager
- Maintain material and vendor-specific master data in purchase info records and order books as directed by supply relationship management (SRM) managers in Rotkreuz and other global locations
- Material master workflow for new product creation, contributing to the supply chain optimization and ensuring the smooth introduction of new materials into the supply chain
- Supports operative drop shipment processes for specific finished goods materials in other global locations of the company
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for third-party vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met to facilitate smooth integration into the companies finished goods dropshipment process
- Support the SRM manager and global planner for spend, Right First Time (RFT), and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) reporting, contributing to effective supply chain management
Your Profile:
- Commercial degree with logistics, purchasing or Import/ Export Background
- First experience in logistics, purchasing or import & export
- In-depth knowledge of both SAP and MS Office
- Experience in working and networking with Stakeholders
- Experience in Google Suite
- Responsible and independent worker
- You use your initiative, are enthusiastic and have very good communication skills
- Teamskills as well as flexible and open to new methods and ideas
- Fluent in German and English
