Talentor in Ireland - The Panel
The Panel is one of Ireland's most trusted specialist recruitment consultancies, with over 30 years of experience connecting exceptional talent with leading organisations across the country and beyond.
Founded in 1987, The Panel has grown from its roots in accountancy recruitment into one of Ireland's leading professional recruitment consultancies, serving clients across industry, financial services, and practice. Over three decades, the firm has built a reputation for integrity, agility, and long-term relationship building, values that sit at the heart of everything they do.
At The Panel, recruitment is seen as a true partnership. Their team of experienced consultants takes the time to understand both the professional ambitions of candidates and the cultural and strategic needs of client organisations. This dual commitment to finding not just the right qualifications, but the right fit, sets them apart in the Irish market.
The Panel has also established a strong track record in supporting international businesses entering Ireland, advising on talent strategy, remuneration benchmarking, and market intelligence. Whether a company is setting up its first Irish operation or scaling an existing team, The Panel offers trusted, on-the-ground expertise.
The firm's culture is guided by its CLAN values, a concept rooted in the Irish word for family, reflecting a team that is collaborative, connected, and deeply invested in the success of both its clients and candidates.
