An organisation evolves only as fast as the people inside it. That conviction is where HR Design Consulting began, and it still shapes everything we do: systems and technology move quickly, but progress becomes real only when people move with them - and people move forward when they see room to grow, not for compensation alone.
We are led by partners Bianca Vuță and Andrei Vuță, who each bring more than 20 years of experience leading people, teams and organisations across technology, retail, telecommunications and luxury. That experience has translated into results our clients can point to: 50+ organisations supported, 100+ projects successfully completed, and 300+ professionals supported in their development.
Our approach is built on six principles: expertise that is both local and international, solutions customised to the business and its stage of development, a commitment to development at every level of the organisation, strong working relationships, systemic thinking that accounts for the full complexity of an organisation, and permanent support throughout implementation. We use internationally certified tools, combined in ways tailored to each client, and we stay with our clients until the solution is genuinely working, not simply delivered.

Our Areas of Expertise
We work across three practices, all serving one goal: people growth.
A. Recruitment & Profiling. White-collar recruitment, from expert positions to top management, where every candidate is profiled, not just interviewed. We write job ads that attract the right applicants, select and shortlist candidates carefully, and run the structured interviews ourselves. Before the hire, we profile each finalist's behaviour patterns and motivation. LAB Profile® analysis is included in all our recruitment projects, at no extra cost
B. Organisational Design. For companies ready to grow, we (re)design the structure of the whole organisation: its departments, positions, roles and responsibilities. We start by understanding how the company operates today, what works and what slows it down. We then evaluate its future objectives and mission, and design the future org chart, department structures and individual roles.
C. Workshops & Mentoring. Development and training programmes that turn managers into leaders and groups into teams. We offer one-to-one mentoring for new and existing managers, building their people skills through leadership and followership programmes, and workshops that help teams communicate better and resolve conflicts between people or departments.
Bianca Vuță
Bianca founded HR Design Consulting after more than 20 years spent between multinational companies — including a Learning & Development role at Honeywell — and the Romanian entrepreneurial environment. This dual perspective gives her a pragmatic understanding of how businesses work and a deep insight into how people think, decide and perform in different contexts.
Today she leads the firm's recruitment and people-development work. In every search, she makes sure the role is defined with precision before the search begins, and that candidates are evaluated not only for what they have done, but for how they think and what drives them. She is one of the few certified LAB Profile® practitioners in Romania and a Reiss Motivation Profile® Master, and has built a proprietary base of more than 1,000 behavioural profiles, used to match people with the right roles, teams and cultures.
Alongside recruitment, Bianca designs and delivers training, coaching and development programmes for leaders and teams. Clients value her ability to hear what is left unsaid, her systemic, future-oriented thinking, and her focus on change that lasts.
She holds a degree in economics and is a certified Trainer, Coach, LAB Profile® Practitioner, Reiss Motivation Profile® Master and Agile HR Professional.
Andrei Vuță
Andrei brings to HR Design Consulting more than 20 years of experience in leading multinational technology companies. He has an in-depth understanding of the best corporate practices at every level, from team management to the implementation of projects and processes across organisations.
His distinctive strength is his extensive experience in multinational projects delivered across several European countries, which gives him a clear view of how international businesses operate and what they expect from their partners.
Within HR Design Consulting, he leads business development and technical recruitment, bringing a first-hand understanding of the technology roles he helps clients fill.
Andrei holds a degree in engineering and is a graduate of the Executive MBA programme at ASEBUSS – Institute of Business Administration in Bucharest.
