Over two decades, Annie has worked with a wide range of clients, from local emerging start-ups to global Fortune 500 companies, and she has built a reputation for delivering top-tier talent.

Annie’s industry expertise spans a wide range of sub-segments within healthcare and life sciences, including hospitals and health systems, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, medical devices and diagnostics, healthcare technologies and digital, health information systems, healthcare payers and insurers, and private equity-backed healthcare companies.

Annie’s methodology for executive search is rooted in a deep understanding of the industries she serves, combined with a rigorous and data-driven approach to candidate assessment. Her approach is characterized by a focus on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

At the C-suite level, Annie has worked with clients to identify and recruit top-tier executives for CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, CMO, CNO and other senior leadership positions. Executive Director

Nina Sattlegger heads the Executive Search competence area for Life Science & Healthcare at Talentor Austria. Together with her dedicated team, she focuses on the search and selection of executives and key personnel in the life science and healthcare industries.

Working in human resources consulting since 2014, she has been responsible for the widest variety of executive search mandates and personnel development projects, with a focus on the fields of life sciences industry, FMCG/consumer, publishing and Big 4 consulting (both domestic and international). Nina always has her eyes-on-the-prize of the best fit for everyone involved.

She completed her studies in health and nursing sciences as well as business administration in the Austrian city of Graz, and had a residency in Asia. She is additionally trained in labour law, has certifications for a variety of potential analyses and speaks fluent German and English.

Clients and candidates appreciate her professional expertise and the nature of her working style, which is characterized by dedication, a focus on solutions and reliability.

Sabrina joined Talentor China in 2020.Previously she spent 12 years in TEAMS Design, a leading product strategy design studio from Germany. She builds her in-depth understanding and expertise in business management from working through many different fields – administration, finance, project controlling, talent acquisition and development.

Having seen a company starting up from scratch and turned into a big success, Sabrina believes that good business is relying on a team of high-performing talents. She is passionate about placing the right person (there is no “good” or “bad”, but just “right”) to the right position. That passion leads her to join Talentor China team.

Pío Iglesias
Interim Management Director and Founding Partner

Pío Iglesias has more than 15 years of experience in positions of responsibility and management of family businesses in the financial, commercial, organisational, management control and human resources areas.

In recent years he contributed this experience through professional practice as an interim manager specialised in the preparation and implementation of viability plans, management control systems or financial, fiscal and asset management of organisations and companies. As a result of his experience as an interim manager, he decided to found Servitalent, a company of which he is currently a partner and through which he carries out his activity. Well-positioned in the national market as a reference in the implementation of MaaS (management as a service), thanks to the work he currently performs as President of AIME (Interim Management Association of Spain) of which he is one of its founders. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Navarra, an MBA from IE Business School, as well as another postgraduate training comprising the Advanced Course in Management Control from the IESIDE Business Institute and the Program in Internationalisation of SMEs from the University of Santiago de Compostela.

Gianluca obtained a Degree in Business and Economics while working at a management consultancy in a business administrative role. All his subsequent professional experiences have a common element: being focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. In 1996, Gianluca launched an online platform for buying new motor vehicles, an early version and precursor of the modern car configurator systems.
In 1999, Gianluca decided to develop his business skills, working as an account manager for Experian.
The following year, he joined MCS and up to 2005, he held several roles, with increasing responsibilities, in Milan and Rome. That year he became Senior Consultant in charge of the Milan branch. In 2006, Gianluca became an MCS partner and a director. He took responsibility for MCS’ business development, in particular with the scope of expanding its range of services. Gianluca now leads the Group, and, alongside the business development, he is being focussed on the business management of the Group’s consultancy projects, specializing in medium-sized businesses in Italy and public administration.

After graduating with a degree in International Trade, Christelle joined a British industrial group in 2005. She started her career in the sales department where she was responsible for developing the European market with a professional clientele, before quickly moving on to manage a team of sedentary salespeople.

With more than 16 years in the same company, Christelle has developed diverse knowledge and skills in a context of growth, until she found her way in 2014, when she became European Human Resources Manager. For seven years, she participated in the creation and organization of her department, both in terms of social issues and HR projects. To support her company in its strategic choices, she set up the recruitment policy and became an expert in Talent Management, particularly for executives and sales managers.

Aware of the importance of Talent Acquisition for companies, Christelle joined MacAnders in 2021 to contribute to the expansion of the Strasbourg office. Christelle is fluent in English.
