Norbert Reichert has over 35 years of professional experience in HR management, both in operational HR positions and in strategic HR group functions.


Norbert started his career with a management trainee program at Karstadt AG. This was followed by another position at Fresenius AG, where he worked for 5 years as a personnel officer for the global pharmaceutical division. He then switched to BMW Rolls Royce GmbH as HR Director, responsible for the newly built development and assembly site in Dahlewitz near Berlin. From 1998, Norbert Reichert worked at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, where he held a wide variety of functions, including as Director HR Management & Organizational Development and for 3 years as HR Director at the ZF NAO headquarters, in Northville, USA. His career at ZF led him to China for 5 years as Vice President HR Asia Pacific, where he was seconded to Shanghai until the end of 2019.

As an experienced manager and manager in the automotive, aviation and life science industries, Norbert Reichert has acquired profound knowledge and skills as well as a deep understanding of HR structures/processes and methods at national and international level. In the area of ​​recruitment, Norbert Reichert has many years of experience in filling management and top specialist functions at an international level, strategically and operationally.
