Righthead joins Talentor: Strengthening our presence in Germany

Germany plays a key role in the European talent market, and having a trusted partner in Nuremberg, a city known for its innovation, industry, and central location, is a strategic move for our network, without a doubt. But most importantly, having on board Righthead’s exceptional professionals who bring not only a deep understanding of the German market but a strong expertise in recruitment and consulting like Ángeles Lazaro Camunas and Carolin Timmins, gives a lot of value to Talentor.
Although we already had the great pleasure of meeting them in person and exchanging experiences at the Talentor Partner Meeting in Prague at the beginning of April this year, we want our community to know a little more in detail about both women who lead this inspiring company: Righthead. Let's go!
Hallo Carolin und Ángeles, willkommen bei Talentor! Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Ángeles is Spanish, a mother of three children, and a little dog that likes to jump on her lap during meetings. She loves traveling, long walks, and times of meditative boredom. If she hadn’t ended up in recruitment, she would have been a truck driver.
Carolin loves cooking and food in general. She has two little kids and loves spending time with them, traveling and exploring the world meanwhile tasting all types of food. She also enjoys being in the mountains hiking, visiting her family in Australia and reading.
What is your favorite thing about the recruitment and executive search industry?
People! We love working with people. And, of course, getting an insight into different companies and ways of working.
Could you share with us a little bit about your beginnings in this industry?
Funnily enough, we both studied languages and started a career in HR and recruitment later, actually rather randomly. 😉 And then we both started falling in love with the business, working with amazing people and clients.

What led to the founding of Righthead by Concentrix?
Righthead was established in 2007 as a subsidiary company of Sellbytel with HQ in Nuremberg (Germany) to offer recruitment services as an addition to the service portfolio of BPO to cover the need of clients to hire directly. From 2018 on, we became part of Webhelp Group, an international BPO service provider, and since 2023 part of Concentrix – a global technology and service leader. As part of this merger, Righthead has gone through a strategic relaunch of the brand, focusing on new clients and professional recruitment.
What is Righthead’s USP for clients and candidates?
For us, our clients and candidates are equally VIPs.
Instead of focusing on niche industries or executive roles, we are proud to cover a broad spectrum of generalist, mid-management, and professional roles. This is our response to the overall high demand for qualified professionals in the DACH region.
What is a typical profile that you recruit?
Anything from Account and Sales Management, HR and Finance, to administrative roles such as receptionists and back office support.
Who is a typical client for you?
Anything from international corporations, successful local small and medium-sized businesses to up-and-coming start-ups.
What is one thing you would recommend to companies that not just want to recruit great talents, but also retain them?
Be transparent! On the role, the expectation towards a successful candidate and the true reason to fill the position. There’s nothing worse than tricking somebody into accepting a role that will not make them happy.
What surprises foreign companies the most when they are recruiting specialists in Germany?
Many things... the long legal notice periods, the fact that candidates can often be very picky and usually engaged in several selection processes, and that speed in Germany matters!
With Righthead’s proven track record and deep market knowledge, we’re excited to expand our presence in Germany and strengthen our ability to connect exceptional talent with forward-thinking companies.

What are the most frequent intercultural problems? What's the biggest cultural misunderstanding that you've seen?
In Germany, there is a strong candidate-driven market, which means that employers have to be very careful with what they ask or request of a candidate. Many practices which are considered absolutely fine in other countries, may scare off in Germany (e.g. extensive background checks).
What did you learn from working interculturally?
Working interculturally is always an enrichment, sometimes also challenging.
Different cultures always mean different ways of working. What is given in Germany, may not be standard somewhere else.
Why did you decide to join the Talentor network?
We want to grow and learn from the best! Joining the network means the right next step for us, exchanging experiences and expertise, leads, and meeting like-minded people.
Ángeles and Carolin played a key role at the Talentor Partner Meeting 2025 in Prague, where they shared valuable insights about Righthead, deepened connections with fellow partners, and sparked engaging conversations around potential cross-border collaborations—all while bringing an infectious energy and enthusiasm to the event.
Welcome once again to the #TalentorCommunity Ángeles and Carolin, we are excited for what is yet to come!
