Christian has solid experience from the recruitment industry, having worked with a wide range of Danish companies within industry, technology, construction, utilities among others. His experience covers C-level positions as well as the levels immediately below, and many of his clients have collaborated with him for several years. With a foundation in source-based recruitment, he assists them with Executive Search, Coaching, and leadership advisory.

Christian’s career began as Commercial Manager in a start-up company, giving him personal experience with entrepreneurship and business leadership. He has also been part of Danish business development focusing on HR, digitalization, export, and the green transition as Chief Consultant at Business Horsens. Alongside his career, he has for several years been actively engaged in various mentoring networks.

Christian has been part of the Pointer team since 2021 and works from our office near Aarhus, collaborating with clients across the country.

Christian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Innovation Management) from Aarhus BSS.

Morten has solid operational and leadership experience from the consulting industry and has delivered results for both Danish and international organisations for more than 25 years.

Throughout his career, Morten has worked extensively with numerous specialized industries as well as large international organisations, publicly listed and foundation-owned companies as well as smaller Danish enterprises. His experience has provided him with a deep understanding of a wide range of business and organisational challenges. He uses this insight for coaching and strategic sparring with leaders on trends and markets development – as well as development of their organisations.

Morten has through the years built an extensive Danish and international network at C-level, managerial- and specialist level while managing both Danish and international recruitment processes. This has given him a profound insight into different cultures and the global candidate market, as well as a strong network at executive level of Danish business.

Morten has served several terms as Chairman of the Search & Recruitment Industry Association, where he has worked to elevate quality standards within the industry. In addition, he has been a Board Member of the British Chamber of Commerce Denmark since 2020.

Morten holds a Diploma in Strategy & Business and has participated in a wide range of international leadership courses. He is based at Pointer A/S’ headquarters at Amaliegade in Copenhagen, from where he will collaborate with clients and candidates – across Denmark and internationally.

Dorthe Kjær has solid organizational and leadership experience, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges business leaders face today. Her background has primarily been within sales and marketing in international IT companies, where she has worked with both partners and vendors. The many years of experience in the IT industry have provided Dorthe with deep insight into IT and a particular expertise in digital transformation.

Since 2017, Dorthe has worked as a Search Consultant, collaborating with a wide range of Danish companies within IT, finance, pharma & medico, and retail among others. She has built a strong and wide network – among both executives and specialists. Dorthe has been part of the Pointer team since 2019 and works from our office in Copenhagen.

Dorthe holds a Graduate Diploma (HD) in Organization & Management and in International Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Klaus Brund has extensive and versatile experience within Executive Search from renowned Danish recruitment firms, spanning more than 25 years across industries and functions.

After more than 10 years in various roles within real estate and investment, export sales, and technical sales, Klaus found his lasting career path within Executive Search at management and specialist level. He has developed expertise within industry, marine, and technology, successfully completing a wide range of highly specialized recruitment assignments at both specialist and leadership level – tasks requiring deep understanding, insight, and network.

Throughout his long career as a Search Consultant, Klaus has worked closely with executives and directors across numerous large and mid-sized Danish and international production companies, building a far-reaching network as well as strong knowledge of this part of Danish business.

Klaus holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (cand.merc.) and a Graduate Diploma (HD) in Marketing Economics – both from Copenhagen Business School. He is based at our Copenhagen office, from where he collaborates with clients across the country.

Christian began his career at Pointer A/S as a Business Researcher in 2023 and has in recent years worked as a Consultant with responsibility for his own search assignments.

He has an extensive network within Danish business and has previously worked as a Project Manager in a European Management Consulting firm as well as Head of Customer Acquisition & Business Development in a Danish start-up.

At Pointer A/S, Christian has worked on recruitment at management and specialist level for companies across a wide range of industries – including finance & investment, IT, manufacturing, retail, and logistics.

Christian is based at Pointer A/S’ Copenhagen office, from where he serves clients across the country.

Christian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Sociology from Copenhagen Business School.

As a Consultant, Jeppe Graae West Larsen identifies and contacts relevant candidates.

Jeppe previously worked as a Student Assistant in the Internationalization Department at the University of Copenhagen and as an HR volunteer for Lær for Livet—a nationwide learning program for children in foster care.

Jeppe holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Philosophy from CBS.

As a Business Researcher, Maria Højer Romme identifies and contacts relevant candidates. Maria previously worked at Pointer A/S as a Business Supporter. In addition, she has experience working as a personal assistant to a managing director at a large Danish company and, most recently, as an administrative assistant at the European Parliament.

Maria holds a master’s degree in European Studies from Lund University.

As Business Researcher, Magnus  identifies and contacts relevant candidates in collaboration with our Consultants.

Magnus has previously worked as a Recruitment Intern at Salling Group, where he acquired skills within recruitment, search and employer branding. In addition, Magnus has worked for Jensens Bøfhus.

Magnus holds a master’s in International Business Communication in English from Aalborg University.

Kirsten Makne is heading our Front Office which supports Pointer A/S’ consultants and services our clients and candidates. She has extensive experience in coordinating and supporting business from various industries and from Pointer A/S.
In her earlier career, Kirsten worked as Product Marketing Coordinator in Nokia and as Research Coordinator at the Dermatological Research Department, Bispebjerg hospital.

Kirsten holds an MA from Copenhagen University.

As a Business Supporter, Alexander Linde assists Pointer A/S’ consultants and serves our clients and candidates.

Alexander has experience with customer/client interaction and coordination of work processes from his background as a waiter and substitute teacher.

Alexander is studying for a BSc in Business Administration at CBS.
