Furkan Dogruyasa
Furkan Dogruyasa is an experienced recruitment and talent management leader with extensive expertise in executive search, business development, and strategic HR consulting. As Managing Partner at COFORWARD, he leads end-to-end recruitment projects for mid- and senior-level roles while advising organizations on employer branding, restructuring, and talent strategies.
With a solid background at several global recruitment companies, Furkan has built a strong track record in managing complex headhunting processes, driving client relationships, and delivering high-impact recruitment solutions across engineering and technical sectors.
Mehmet Arca AKALIN
Arca Akalın has spent his career across the full recruitment lifecycle, starting in executive search, where he led both mid-management and C-level hires for various firms. He then moved in-house as HR Manager for Shaya Group, supporting brands such as Starbucks, Victoria’s Secret, and Shake Shack, and later as Head of Talent for a London-based technology company, gaining experience on “the other side of the table.”
For the past three years, he has been a Partner at Coforward, while in parallel running a theatre initiative he founded in 2015 to support Koç University’s scholarship fund.
Emre Eren
Emre Eren has built his career across the full recruitment lifecycle, progressing from Consultant to Senior Consultant and ultimately Division Manager, where he led recruitment teams and delivered end-to-end hiring projects for mid-management and senior roles at global recruitment companies. Before moving into executive search, he gained valuable commercial experience in the FMCG sector through key account and sales roles at global brands, strengthening his customer management and business development skills. He also holds an MBA from Koç University, which further supports his strategic approach to talent and organizational needs.
For the past few years, he has been a Partner at Coforward, focusing exclusively on executive search, talent advisory, and strategic hiring solutions for companies seeking high-impact talent.
Dilara Kazdal
Dilara Kazdal is a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in technical, managerial, and executive searches across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkiye. She leads strategic talent acquisition and global headhunting projects, consistently delivering high-caliber candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Recognized for her precision, market intelligence, and advisory approach, she enables organizations to strengthen their leadership pipelines and achieve long-term growth.
Damla Özteke
Damla Ozteke transitioned from the corporate sector into consultancy and has been actively working in the field since. She successfully manages recruitment processes across various roles and industries. With her analytical approach, strong ability to understand client needs, and dedication to creating the right match between companies and candidates, she consistently builds long-term and trust-based partnerships.
