Nicki Denholm was the pioneer of specialist sales and marketing recruitment and has developed an unrivalled network at senior levels in Scotland and beyond. She successfully launched and developed Denholm into a widely respected and leading player within the UK market for providing top talent in sales and marketing. She currently heads up the Denholm Marketing Recruitment Group, encompassing Executive Search, Recruitment and Employer Branding.

John co-founded the Leith Agency, which grew to become Scotland's leading advertising and communications agency. After the agency became part of the Cello Group, John joined Denholm Associates as Managing Director. He has been a member of the Scottish Arts Council, Chair of Creative Edinburgh, Chair of the joint Marketing Committee of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 and was given a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2007 Scottish Advertising Awards. He is currently a Fellow of the Marketing Society in Scotland.

Marisa has a wealth of marketing recruitment experience, and alongside Nicki, helped establish Denholm in 2002. Marisa has developed an enviable network of contacts and unrivalled knowledge of the Scottish/UK marketplace. Whilst Marisa has experience of recruiting into many industries, she has particular expertise in FMCG marketing recruitment, where she has filled a huge variety of roles for some of the UK's biggest brands.

With over 14 years’ experience in recruitment, Douglas developed his career as a specialist in the Food and Drink recruitment sector over 9 years. He is responsible for the management and growth of Denholm’s FMCG sector and has built an excellent record of long term business relationships with clients and candidates alike. He works on recruiting roles from mid to senior management and also Director level search assignments.

Jackie has spent the last 13 years working in the media and advertising industry which has given her a deep understanding and intuition for finding amazing agency talent. Jackie knows the marketplace inside out and enjoys building solid relationships with her clients, really getting under the skin of her clients’ business needs and objectives. Jackie specialises in all agency roles including account management, planning and strategy, digital marketing, CRM and traffic and production roles across digital, integrated, advertising, creative and design agencies.
