Introducing the Talentor Global Talent Survey: Insights into Talent Acquisition and Retention Trends
Our survey aimed to uncover key trends in talent acquisition and retention and their impact on the recruitment industry. The participants represented a diverse range of private companies, with 65% from large-size companies (250+ employees), 25% from medium-sized businesses, and the remaining from small-size companies (<50 employees). The findings from the Talentor Global Talent Survey are both insightful and thought-provoking. It became clear that company leaders are facing significant challenges in finding the right talents and keeping them within their organizations. A majority of respondents identified the lack of available talent as the biggest risk to their business in achieving growth targets. To overcome this challenge, 53% of the interviewees expressed their intent to expand their talent search on an international level, while 28% are focusing on a national level. This global outlook highlights the increasing importance of cross-border talent acquisition strategies. Moreover, 64% of executives believe that attracting the right talent has become more difficult compared to the past.
In response to these challenges, companies are recognizing the need to enhance their offerings and adapt to evolving workforce expectations. The survey revealed that providing more flexibility in working conditions, improving employee benefits, and investing in health and wellbeing initiatives emerged as key strategies to mitigate labor shortages.
