What is Leaders4Tomorrow?
The program is designed to help rising stars in the recruiting industry grow into future leaders. Participants focus on key areas like self-leadership, team management, goal setting, and storytelling—all essential skills for driving success in sales and recruitment. As the world of work evolves, connecting people remains at the heart of everything we do, and this program ensures our leaders are equipped to excel.
Real Challenges, Real Impact
Each participant will tackle real-world challenges that directly affect their daily operations. These aren’t just theoretical exercises—they’re issues that their companies have wanted to solve for a while, and the program gives them the tools and time to do it. Whether it's finding new ways to use AI, improving recruiter performance, or scaling their businesses, the participants will work on projects that deliver immediate value.
The Kick-Off in Warsaw
The journey begins in Warsaw, just before the global Talentor summit. The kick-off event is a highlight of the program, featuring global speakers and top leaders from renowned companies like AT&S, Manner, Boston Consulting Group, and GE. These experts share hands-on leadership insights, helping participants learn from those who have successfully navigated similar challenges.
Collaboration and Learning Together
One of the key strengths of Leaders4Tomorrow is the collaborative learning environment. Participants come from different countries and organizations, each bringing their own experiences and expertise. By sharing best practices in AI, sales, and leadership, they can learn from each other and implement strategies that will help their companies grow. We call it "copy with pride"—taking the best ideas and making them work for your own team.
What’s Next?
After the kick-off, the group will continue working on their projects throughout the year, meeting virtually and sharing progress along the way. In November, they’ll gather in Vienna for the Leadership Camp — a deep dive into leadership development with top speakers, surprise sessions, and plenty of time for networking and personal growth.
