Let’s start with the basics Sabine... What is an ISO Certification? Why does it matter in our industry?

  4. Internal Audits: We conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the implemented processes with the partner’s team.
  5. Certification Audit: Undergo a documentation review and on-site audit about the assessment of processes. The certification body will issue a certificate if compliance is confirmed!
