Sabrina Bao is Talentor China’s new Associate Partner
Sabrina started her career spending more than 12 years in TEAMS Design, a leading product strategy design studio from Germany. In addition, she continued to build her in-depth understanding and expertise in business management working in many different fields such as administration, finance, project controlling, talent acquisition and development. This allowed her to have a very vast professional experience focused on business development and strategy.
Having seen a company start-up from scratch and turn into a big success, Sabrina believes that good business relies on a team of high-performing talents. She is passionate about placing the right person (there is no “good” or “bad”, but just “right”) in the right position. That passion led her to join Talentor China in 2020 as a Consultant and has now become Associate Partner. During the four years at Talentor China, Sabrina has developed her expertise in end-to-end recruiting and widened her knowledge and experience across industries.

Sabrina also represented Talentor China in our most recent Talentor Partner Meeting, sharing with all the attendees the most interesting insights of her company and the Chinese market, and being very participative in the different workshops, presentations and engaging conversations with the rest of the Talentor partners.
