Talentor Czech Republic: 20 Years Finding the Leaders for Tomorrow
On June 5th, we celebrated the grand opening of our new office at Michna Palace in Prague's charming Lesser Town. The event was attended by over 50 clients, including Asahi, Mitsubishi, NovoNordisk, Swietelsky, Olympus, PWC, and Deloitte, Michael Sarsteiner and Sabine Steiner from Talentor International, who joined our Czech team for a delightful celebration.
In this event, in addition to celebrating our anniversary as a company, we sought to celebrate our impact over the last two decades on our clients, candidates, partners, and collaborators. To name a few:
- We had offices in 5 cities: Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Kladno, and Prešov.
- We worked on projects in 20 countries.
- We have placed candidates speaking 35 different world languages.
- We have helped hundreds of people in career counseling and outplacement.
- In total, we found new jobs for 4,463 professionals.
- We've conducted more than 50,000 interviews.
- We have placed 161,155 candidates in our database.
- We paid over 150 million in taxes and levies.
- We see one billion and 40 million people on LinkedIn. (Yes, we see everyone!)
As you can see and imagine, a 20-year journey with those achievements and many other challenges has been like riding a roller coaster. I can't help but feel a sense of pride when I look at all of the previous numbers, and I also feel excited for what is to come in the challenging Czech market and globally!
We are happy to have Talentor Czech Republic as a long-term partner in a special neighbor country. We see in the Czech team the desire for collaboration in cross-border projects and their focus on quality to give the best HR Solutions to global clients and candidates who are part of our Talentor Community. As my great-grandmother used to say, “A brazen forehead is better than a manor farm.” This sentence marked my start in the company in 2004, and I believe it still reflects the collective effort that past and present colleagues have made to continue Talentor CZ's legacy with dedication and hard work.
