Talentor’s Practice Groups: Adding value to our network
The Practice Groups
consist of a determined series of virtual spaces in which our Talentor partners, consultants and employees gather and share frequently the best practices of certain sectors or topics according to their expertise, background, and goals within each of their companies. The different Practice Groups that Talentor promotes are:
- IT Practice Group
- Industry Practice Group
- Generalists Practice Group
- Pharma & Life Science Practice Group
- Marketing Practice Group
- Research Round Table
- America’s Group
- AI in Recruiting Masterclass
Each and every one of these Practice Groups is formed by professionals related to those fields, or by people from our community who are eager to learn about certain topics to improve the top talent search services provided by their company and the improvement of executive search and recruiting in global and local markets with a general or special focus on positions in sectors such as digital & IT, industrial & manufacturing, pharma & life science, communication & marketing, and more.
What benefit do these Practice Groups bring to our network?
From one side, through these Practice Groups, the Talentor network unites by making our community closer and more collaborative, no matter the location of our partners uniting partners from Australia, Europe, Asia, Africa, and America.
By sharing and hearing the best practices from colleagues around the world, each member of these groups gains ideas, develops strategies, and learns from other markets/ locations/ companies, giving them the power to choose what could they work on or improve locally to provide the best recruiting solutions to their international clients and candidates.
It lets our community share and live the same mindset “Think global, act local”.
By participating in different groups such as the Generalists group and the Marketing group, we are able to take ideas, best practices and shared solutions from different markets and implement them in our local market.
What is expected from these groups in the future?
For us at Talentor International, these Practice Groups represent a commitment from our employees and all those who make up our global community, so the hope is that the groups will continue to grow and be strengthened by what our partners and consultants can bring to the table. Their knowledge of certain markets, their experience with the most in-demand positions and their cross-border collaboration on projects within the network.
More and more new Practice Groups have been created, either by our partners or by Talentor International, and we are pleased to say that we have more in sight!
Thanks to our participation in these groups, especially in the Americas group, we are able to build a bridge and create a closer link with our partners in Europe and the rest of the world. In addition to sharing insights from our local markets and knowing that we are not alone, that we share more traits than we think among the different companies that make up Talentor.
By leveraging their deep sector expertise, our Practice Groups’ professionals understand the unique challenges and requirements of each industry, allowing them to identify and attract top talent that perfectly fits our clients' needs. Whether navigating the complexities of the tech sector, the dynamic landscape of life sciences, or the nuanced demands of marketing and industry roles, our Talentor community delivers tailored recruiting solutions. This targeted approach ensures that businesses not only find the right candidates but also build teams that drive innovation and success in today's competitive market.
We encourage our community to continue participating in these groups and their initiatives and if they have not done so, we encourage our Partners, consultant and recruiters to do so, because it is a great way to be in contact with the rest of the professionals who are part of Talentor, to exchange best practices, learn from bad experiences and work together for the benefit of our network, clients and candidates!
