Christian Limmer
Christian Limmer has been working as a personnel consultant since 1998 and has acquired extensive specialist knowledge in the life sciences industry and outstanding expertise in direct recruitment.
In 2003, he joined a global recruitment consultancy specializing in the healthcare industry and established the Munich office. Over the next eight years, he led the Clinical/Medical business unit, transforming it into one of the company's most successful divisions. During this time, he held a variety of roles: consultant, business developer, and manager.
He founded Constares with two colleagues in 2011.
Annemarie Selbenbacher
Annemarie Selbenbacher has been working as a human resources consultant for the life sciences industry since 2006. Initially, she worked for an international consulting firm, recruiting specialists and executives in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
In 2011, Ms. Selbenbacher founded Constares GmbH with two colleagues, focusing primarily on biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
Ms. Selbenbacher studied political science at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck and holds a Master’s degree in philosophy.
Gunnar Mayr
Gunnar Mayr has been working in HR consulting and recruitment for 15 years, with a strong focus on the life sciences industry.
After beginning his career as a trainer in adult education and project manager in educational research, Mr. Mayr has been working as a HR consultant since 2003. In 2006, he joined DOCS International, an international consultancy for the pharmaceutical industry. Since then, he has worked exclusively in the search and selection of specialists and executives for the life sciences industry.
Gunnar Mayr is a qualified social worker and certified Extended DISC practitioner. He founded Constares GmbH in 2011 together with two former colleagues.
Simon Augustyn
Simon Augustyn has been working in HR consulting since 2015. His focus has been on recruiting specialists and executives in the life sciences industry. Most recently, he worked as a department head at an international HR and management consultancy. There, he was responsible for both a sales team and a team of consultants with a pharmaceutical background.
Simon Augustyn is managing director and co-founder of Constares ROD GmbH.
