Annemarie Selbenbacher has been working as a human resources consultant for the life sciences industry since 2006. Initially, she worked for an international consulting firm, recruiting specialists and executives in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
In 2011, Ms. Selbenbacher founded Constares GmbH with two colleagues, focusing primarily on biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

Ms. Selbenbacher studied political science at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck and holds a Master’s degree in philosophy.

Gunnar Mayr has been working in HR consulting and recruitment for 15 years, with a strong focus on the life sciences industry.
After beginning his career as a trainer in adult education and project manager in educational research, Mr. Mayr has been working as a HR consultant since 2003. In 2006, he joined DOCS International, an international consultancy for the pharmaceutical industry. Since then, he has worked exclusively in the search and selection of specialists and executives for the life sciences industry.

Gunnar Mayr is a qualified social worker and certified Extended DISC practitioner. He founded Constares GmbH in 2011 together with two former colleagues.

Simon Augustyn has been working in HR consulting since 2015. His focus has been on recruiting specialists and executives in the life sciences industry. Most recently, he worked as a department head at an international HR and management consultancy. There, he was responsible for both a sales team and a team of consultants with a pharmaceutical background.

Simon Augustyn is managing director and co-founder of Constares ROD GmbH.

Tom Schwarzbach completed a dual bachelor's degree in business administration (trade) in cooperation with a German automobile manufacturer. After successfully completing his studies, he worked for an Irish recruitment consultancy as part of the ERASMUS program.

Since 2020, Mr. Schwarzbach has been working as a consultant at Constares GmbH in Munich.
He manages vacancies in the area of ​​drug safety and pharmacovigilance.

Monika Schäffer has been working as a human resources consultant since 2020. She has established herself as a Europe-wide recruiter of specialists and executives in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries at a large international consulting firm. Prior to her work as a consultant, she gained extensive professional experience in the internal sales department of a leading international supplier to the mechanical engineering sector, including the pharmaceutical industry.

At Constares, Monika Schäffer, with her extensive network and industry knowledge, is the specialist for vacancies in the commercial administration and assistance sectors.

Ewelina Szymanska, a German studies graduate, has discovered her passion for HR and recruiting. Most recently, she spent almost three years at an international recruiting firm as an expert in the Property & Construction and Finance & Accounting divisions. As a Senior Recruiter at Constares, she wants to combine her joy in working with candidates with her interest in the life sciences industry.

Ewelina enriches the team with her fluent language skills in German, English and Polish.

Nazli Misel, a native of Munich, has built a successful career by leveraging her passion for people and her skills in a variety of industries. From beauty entrepreneur to insurance specialist to office manager, her versatility is the key to her success. Over the past three years, she has had the opportunity to work alongside successful entrepreneurs as an executive assistant.

As Manager People & Culture, she now uses her expertise to lead the relevant initiatives at Constares.
