Over two decades, Annie has worked with a wide range of clients, from local emerging start-ups to global Fortune 500 companies, and she has built a reputation for delivering top-tier talent.

Annie’s industry expertise spans a wide range of sub-segments within healthcare and life sciences, including hospitals and health systems, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, medical devices and diagnostics, healthcare technologies and digital, health information systems, healthcare payers and insurers, and private equity-backed healthcare companies.

Annie’s methodology for executive search is rooted in a deep understanding of the industries she serves, combined with a rigorous and data-driven approach to candidate assessment. Her approach is characterized by a focus on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

At the C-suite level, Annie has worked with clients to identify and recruit top-tier executives for CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, CMO, CNO and other senior leadership positions. At the VP and director levels, she has worked with clients to recruit executives who are skilled at managing teams and driving success in their respective functional areas, such as finance, sales, marketing, operations, medical, market access, regulatory, communication and supply chain.

Annie has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Park University in the USA and a Bachelor’s degree in European Business from the Centre d’Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Management in France and the UK.
