Balázs Bondici
Balazs Bondici, a passionate entrepreneur and enthusiastic geek, has been the co-founder and CEO of IseeQ since 2012. A graduate in electrical engineering, Balazs brings a wealth of experience to his role, having previously worked as an Engineering Branch Manager for Randstad and ProfiPower.
Driven by a desire to explore innovative approaches, Balazs co-founded IseeQ with the vision of creating an unconventional recruitment agency. IseeQ stands out through its emphasis on personal networks, community building, and domain expertise in the IT sector. He focuses on strategic planning, finances, business development, and marketing, supporting the company's growth and success.

Tamás Püski
Tamás serves as the Managing Director at IseeQ. He joined the company at the very beginning and held exponentially growing responsibilities, starting as a recruiter and eventually becoming an MD a few years ago.
Tamás is a versatile and well-rounded professional, akin to a Swiss knife, who consistently seizes opportunities to create value within the organization, overseeing daily operations such as sales and organizational development while remaining involved in recruitment to maintain his credibility and professionalism in the field. Outside of work, Tamás enjoys spending time with his family, reading books, and delving into contemporary art.

Péter Kovács
Péter is a serial entrepreneur and global startup ecosystem builder, boasting an extensive professional network across the globe. For over a decade, he has been leveraging his connections to fuel the international expansion of IseeQ.
As a founding member of the company, his distinctive vision and characteristics have played a crucial role in shaping IseeQ into the successful organization it is today.

Gábor Antal
Gábor, an experienced professional in HR, learning & development, and recruitment since 2013, joined IseeQ in 2016 with a focus on high-level technical recruitment. Over the past four years, he has led recruitment teams of various sizes and currently serves as the leader of IT recruitment at IseeQ.
Having studied philosophy and English language and culture, Gábor also holds a master degree.
Outside of work, he remains passionate about technology and industrial engineering while staying true to his roots in philosophy and culture, showcasing a unique blend of interests and expertise.

Johanna Hellner
Johanna Hellner has been working in the Recruitment and HR consulting field since 2017 and has been responsible for a wide range of IT search. Her focus is on computer science and software engineering, always dedicated to creating the "best fit" for all parties involved.
Candidates and customers appreciate her expertise, high dedication, reliability and her solution-oriented attitude. Johanna’s goal is to improve her environment, using her experiences. She has a proactive personality, she loves to take new, hard challenges, and always keeps an eye on personal development.
Johanna has a creative problem-solving ability that follows a „think outside of the box” philosophy. She gained her Master Degree in Organizational Development from the Corvinus University of Budapest. As a hobby profession Johanna is acting as an OD Consultant and Ski Instructor.

Ágnes Schwarzenberger
Ágnes Schwarzenberger has 10+ years of working experience, including 8 years in recruitment and 2 years in customer relations and marketing. A skilled recruiter, Ágnes is adept at sourcing, recruitment analytics, onboarding new hires, enhancing the candidate experience, and excelling in time management and communication.
Her expertise lies in streamlining the recruitment process, amplifying recruitment efforts, and expanding her network through marketing events and HR conferences. She is proficient in several languages, including Hungarian, Romanian, English, French, and Spanish.
After graduating in International Business Administration, Ágnes was driven by her passion for recruitment to enter the field.
Originally from Romania, she relocated to Hungary to explore new markets and seize opportunities and challenges in the IT industry.
Since January 2023, Ágnes has been serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at IseeQ. Previously, she held the position of Recruiter Specialist at Elektrobit from April 2015 to November 2021.
Before that, she acquired experience in recruitment and marketing while working in HR support roles. Ágnes holds a Master's degree in Internal Audit and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Transilvania University of Brasov.

Nelli Czagler
Nelli Czagler, a Senior IT recruiter IT, joined IseeQ in 2019. With an M.Sc. in Psychology and fluency in English and intermediate German, Nelli brings a unique skill set to her role. Her diverse client portfolio spans start-ups, scale-ups, and high-tech companies across Europe, with a strong emphasis on the Hungarian market.
Nelli specializes in a wide range of areas, including DevOps/SRE, System Engineering, Backend, Fullstack, Firmware, Embedded, Machine Learning, Quality Assurance, and Security. Her expertise and commitment to finding the right talent make her an invaluable asset to the IseeQ team.

Vilmos Lorx
Since Vilmos joined the IseeQ team, he has been embracing new challenges and experimenting with innovative approaches.
His primary objective is to represent IseeQ to the highest standard by presenting candidates that clients simply cannot refuse.
Vilmos is passionate about IT and all things related, while his personal interests include embarking on bike trips with friends and enjoying lighthearted, entertaining bad movies. His enthusiasm and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the IseeQ team.

Márton Szabó
Marci became a part of the IseeQ team in 2022 and has since proven to be a vital asset to the organization. He has contributed to a diverse array of projects, including roles such as automotive embedded engineers and test engineers, while also delving into backend-related work in areas like fintech.
Márton is currently completing his studies at Óbuda University and has been actively involved in the local esports scene for many years.

Nikolett Szász
Nikolett Szasz, a graduate in Economics, began her career in Sales, accumulating experience across various industries in both national and international settings. In January 2022, she made a career shift into recruitment by joining the IseeQ team.
Nikolett is responsible for identifying the right candidates for Hungarian and international business positions in areas such as sales, marketing, and finance. She enjoys the variability of this role, the continuous opportunity for widening her knowledge and building her network.
In her free time, Nikolett has a keen interest in the anatomy of the spine and the musculoskeletal system. She has attended several courses and studies in the field of prevention and rehabilitation, showcasing her dedication to personal growth and learning.

Örs Poborai
Örs Poborai became a part of the IseeQ team nearly a year ago, bringing with him a dedication to continuous improvement and a strong belief in learning and growth.
As his primary responsibilities involve managing pre-sales processes and facilitating clear communication with new partners, Örs finds it vital to explore new possibilities and methods in his role. Driven by his main goal of establishing new and exciting partnerships and building a stable portfolio, Örs is always eager to share information about IseeQ and its offerings.

Mihaela Mihajlovic
Mihaela Mihajlovic is an experienced IT Sourcer with a strong focus on Java, Python, QA, and UX. Currently working at IseeQ, she is responsible for sourcing top talent for the company.
Originally from Senta, Serbia, Mihaela now resides in Budapest, Hungary, where she enjoys pursuing her hobbies of fixed gear bike riding, painting, and playing with kendama. In her professional life, she is known for her dedication to her work and her commitment to delivering results that meet her clients' needs.

Fanni Juhász
Fanni joined the IseeQ team in January 2022 as a recent psychology graduate with a passion for development and growth.
Over the past year and a half, Fanni has primarily delved into the world of JavaScript while also exploring various other areas.
Emphasizing the importance of nurturing creative ideas, Fanni firmly believes in the power of community and community building, values she brings to her workplace and work.
She strives for constant development, growth, and staying in motion. In addition to her work at IseeQ, Fanni has spent several years involved in community building, volunteer coordination, and event planning.

Benedek Hámori
Benedek had been playing drums for two major Hungarian bands, The Carbonfools and Hiperkarma, touring and recording new material regularly pre-Covid-19.
However, when the pandemic struck, he had to reevaluate his career path. That's when IseeQ discovered him and brought him on board as a sourcer/researcher, tasked with finding the right candidates for their partners.
To his surprise, Benedek found himself communicating daily with predominantly backend developers. Gaining a deeper understanding of their work has become an essential part of his role at IseeQ, showcasing his adaptability and dedication to the company.

Ági Hank
Ági Hank joined IseeQ in 2015 as an IT recruiter, acquiring experience from both agency and corporate perspectives. After taking maternity leave to become the mother of two delightful little ones, she transitioned into a part-time role as an Office Manager.
Ági ensures that all essential, behind-the-scenes processes at the company operate smoothly. Skilled in planning and even more proficient at adjusting to changes, Ági enjoys managing office life while also relishing her time working independently on Excel sheets in peace and quiet. Her diverse skills and dedication make her an integral part of the IseeQ team.
