About us

Chantal Baudron, is named after its founder and plays a leading part in the field of recruitment.

Chantal Baudron founded her company in 1980, after a successful career as a Managing Director at Bernard Krief Consultants what was, at the time, the largest structure in the field of recruitment consultancy in France.

She started from scratch and choose a slow growth, focusing on the quality of her co-workers, the efficiency of their methods, and building lasting relationships with clients. Over the last 30 years Chantal Baudron has built a renomated boutique executive search firm that is highly resepcted by clients and candidates. The percentage of loyal clients that have reassures Chantal Baudron as to the quality of their service. Some of them have been working with them for 30 years. They are the best promoters.

Lastly, meeting young start-up founders motivated her to assist them by investing in their companies while continuing to advise them, particularly in terms of human resources. That is how Chantal proudly found herself nominated female business angel of the year in France in 2018 (Etudes Challenges Angel Square).

Christophe Morel d Arleux 1
Partner

For more than 20 years, Christophe has been helping companies – of any size and industry – to identify, assess and select their future talent: key managers and directors. Christophe conducts recruitment for management and executive positions with a focus on digital, IT, CRM, sales and marketing, supply and logistics.

Before joining Chantal Baudron, Christophe worked as a Principal for MacAnders since 2013 and as Executive Director for the new subsidiary dedicated to management transitions.

His team's main clients were in CRM, media, manufacturing, software, services, retail and consumer goods. Christophe brings his expertise in the recruitment of IT, digital and CRM profiles and from Managing Director roles to operations. He also developed a brand new service that complements traditional recruitment: Chantal Baudron's Transitional Management Service.

Chantal Baudron wanted, after having managed one of the major structures in the profession, to embody her conception of the recruitment consultancy profession by creating the company Chantal Baudron. To support the clients in the recruitment of their executive employees, Chantal Baudron has created two recruitment structures:

  • Election of Executives and Members of the Executive Board
  • Chantal Baudron for middle management

Over the years, Chantal Baudron has diversified the services and created partnerships with related professions. We have been able to find our difference, which is also our added value, by focusing on the study of interpersonal skills and motivations beyond know-how, which are of course essential.

Aymeric
Partner

Aymeric has 25 years of professional experience including 12 years as a business unit manager (CEO) in France and internationally in B2B services.
Since 2018, he has been putting his operational experience at the service of his clients, by recruiting talents by direct approach and selecting executive interim managers to help companies take a step forward.
If Aymeric has a B2B approach sensibility marked by his experience in Transport and Logistics, Telecoms and Customer Relationship Management, he has also managed missions for the Industry, Banking, Defense and Energy sectors for various functions and mostly Top Management roles in France and Europe.

Aymeric spent his childhood in Africa, he worked 18 years for an Anglo-Saxon group, including 4 years in the USA. He is at ease in multicultural environments and is familiar with English and American culture.
Aymeric graduated from business school and completed an Executive MBA at HEC in 2009;
